After-school hours rival weekend nights as the peak hours for fatal crashes involving teenage drivers, according to a new study by AAA.

Um, duh?

Okay, that may be a bit harsh, but it seems pretty reasonable that peak hours aren't going to be 10:00am to 11:00am. Unless they have a real early lunch.

But it isn't necessarily obvious that peak hours aren't going to be 7:00 am to 9:00 am, or 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
