I don't know whther this is true. Googling for "Don Emilio Fulci" returns a smaterring of the same legend on blogs and newsgroups. I googled for news on "Don Emilio Fulci" and nothing came up

Internet surveiling and research would have certainly picked up on this before someone had the "Google brainstorm".

Well Headhunter is an oldish game (released May 02 from what I can tell), so googling for it today won't have the same result as if it were a new game. If this blurb is even remotely true, I would guess that this incident took place in the beginning of 02 during any pre-release hype for the game.
