A relative trotted out his reasons for not voting for Kerry. One was that he had read a transcript of testimony by Kerry saying that he had stood by and watched American soldiers rape a woman in Vietnam. Anyone know where this transcript might be posted?

Much of his Winter Soldier testimony was hearsay, concerning events he had not personally witnessed:
"I was told by..."
"I've heard reports of..."
"Other soldiers told me about..."
In fact, if you go the linked page, the exact quote is:

He may have testified about hearing reports of Vietnamese women being raped by GIs, but I find it hard to believe he'd pull his Swift Boat to the shore so his crew could go out raping and pillaging.

You know, I aksed my dimwit cousin if he was referring to the report Kerry gave of what he heard during the Winter Soldier hearing. He insisted that no, what he had heard (on Rush perhaps?) was that Kerry had said that he witnessed a rape and stood bye and let it happen. He asked me how I could vote for a man as immoral as that.

If you're referring to Skull and Bones, the "secret society" at Yale, John Kerry was also apparently in Skull And Bones.
When his campaign was specifically asked about Kerry's membership, their official answer was "No Comment".
