I came across this article; it's apparently about how the ACLU wants to remove a cross from a cemetary. This quote made me suspicious, though:
quote:
NBC 4 was unable to reach anyone at the ACLU Ohio office, but ACLU Legislative Director Gary Daniels reportedly said the issue is under investigation.
It seems to me like the national ACLU office doesn't know anything about it.

In any case, it sounds like another iteration of this urban legend; the only difference is that the cross in this case isn't part of anyone's gravestone, but just a huge general monument.

UPDATE: Apparently, it's real (scroll down to the second page), although the article leaves out a few details.
