Comment: I live near Bracketville, Texas, and they have a place there called Alamo
Village that is a replica of the Alamo when it was a mission, and the town of
San Antonio when it was just a small village. It was here that the movie "The
Alamo" was filmed (with John Wayne).

The rumor has it that in the original version of the movie, there's some scene
(sorry I don't know which) where in the background you can see a school bus
driving by. They are suppossedly on their way to visit Alamo Village, but were
not noticed by the cameras. Strange of course to have a big yellow school bus
in a time before cars were invented.

True - the school bus in the film, anyway.

And yes, it would indeed be strange to have a big yellow school bus in a time before cars were invented.

Given that the cite on IMDb says:

Ok, picky... the RUMOR is true... there is a DOCUMENTED RUMOR about a bus. [Thwack]
