understanding lightning is understanding the throttle to the universe



Lightning = creates wind = electron flow. when all them electrons dive into the earth, at the speed of light they open up a space for other electrons to move into their previous space(at speed of light). and other electrons on down the line. After the initial discharge, secondary electrons surge, then third, fourth surge in to fill that space. all this movement is dragging air and moisture, leaves, dust, along in its wake.

when all them bazillions of electrons arc, zzzztt, it creates a little chugg of air, zzzt zzzt, chugga chugga, zzzt zzt zzzt, chugga chugga chugga chugga. if this keeps up perty soon electrons from texas and over the gulf of mexico gonna be rushing up to kentucky to scare everbody to death. do ya see it? zzzzt empties space, super fast, electrons rush in super fast. them electrons they gotta go through the air to get to where the lightning strike occurred, somehow, maybe with moisture, but each time lightning and several bazillion electrons leave the surface of the earth others rush in. the electrons in the lightning pulled and pushed a whole mass of air, and then the electrons made a stage right and went to ground where the air molecules couldnt follow and couldnt keep up.

i want you to look at this satellite view of this path of free electrons as they rush to an opening and at the last micro-nano-second the ions pull the air so fast that it breaks the sound barrier and goes too fast to carry the moisture and is separated leaving a trail.

wisp arcs http://science.nasa.gov/newhome/headlines/images/TGF/meteosat_lrg.jpg ) turn image 90degrees counterclockwise. or tilt laptop. see two wisp arcs inside the black circle. see how they curl toward that gridded quadrant. the satellite identified this spot and time because it was around a spot of radiation detected. if you look close you will notice that the wisp arcs travel path meets near the center of the grid. right there is where the most intense burst of radiation was detected. imagine that those wisp arcs are the trace of the electrons as they speed up to replace or enter the discharge cycle.

Those wisp arcs are where the air is going too fast to hold the moisture anymore, even too fast for the electrons to stay attracted to the air molecules, right in there somewhere is the point where air exceeds the speed of sound, maybe that is the mirror image of a gas exceeding the speed of sound, the shock wave growing and the moisture left as vapor(momentary ice crystals). can you imagine thats what happend with those two wisp arcs. whats even cooler, imagine that where them two collide is where ya get downdrafts and updrafts. see? (and the angle of encounter determines rotation) all that high speed incoming air gota go somewhere. Look up and down the image, do you see other wisps arcs that might be states of blending in with overall cloud front. Zzzt chugg.

when the air in the wisp arc exceeds the sound barrier we get a sound typically called thunder.

theres mystery right here. The pathway from wisp arc to contact with a tree. or molecular line up that creates the pathway through all them air molecules for a couple .00000001second. radiation is given off right there. is it an xray? MEV? From what source. Can we tell from spectral analysis of the jets and sprites. Is it a form of brehmstralung. Is it related to valance band and avalance breakdown. Does geomagnetism play a part. Are electrons from canada polarized opposite than the ones coming across the gulf.

when the discharge moment happens its only in one place, in one part of the overall storm mass at that one milla sec the conditions are right, a pathway to the earth through the air (still mystery- raindrop, wind salts, dust, branches or side bands, or just a geomagnetic dip along the earths crust coincident with windspeed, moisture content, wind angles, atmospheric static level, temperature, pressure) do air molecules line up in downdraft with geomag field allowing electron flow through valence band- a gas dipole moment.


why is valence band considered. it relates to radiation emission, trb, in that electrons in valence band are a lower band, and if electrons in outer shell drop down to fill valence band, an xray may be given off. Do the electrons travel, shift, in a valence band. Red sprites and blue jets define this xray location. The xray interacts with nitrogen or oxygen giving off color, just like the interaction that causes the aurora borealis, only this is from below going upward. Possibly the blue is cherenkov blue from muon emission-ox quark interaction-if it's the same color blue.

I know this stuff is boring and hard to follow. But you gotta read just a little more, it gets better. This will help heres some pics of a little hike along barton run. It runs beside the clarkson community park.

red sprites and blue jets- are gamma/xray interaction with nitrogen or air, like aurora borealis. follows is reference to aurorae and optical energy.



High speed photometer measurements show that the duration of sprites is only a few ms. Current evidence strongly suggests that sprites preferentially occur in decaying portions of thunderstorms and are correlated with large positive cloud-to-ground lightning strokes. The optical intensity of sprite clusters, estimated by comparison with tabulated stellar intensities, is comparable to a moderately bright auroral arc. The optical energy is roughly 10-50 kJ per event, with a corresponding optical power of 5-25 MW. Assuming that optical energy constitutes 1/1000 of the total for the event, the energy and power are on the order of 10-100 MJ and 5-50 GW, respectively.





what does the shape of the sprites tell us about whats going on below. Did sprite start out pinpoint and widen. Look at this picture of niagara falls, see the whirlpool. Kinda spritelike shaped cloud.

Imagine that electrons float in sheets like the water of the niagara river at the falls. Each and every water molecule does a 90 at the near same place and time. If the sprite starts out pinpoint then the electron sheet/rivulet or falls is very small and focussed, and all the electrons are turning (mechanical-like xray machine) at nearly the same spot, dropping off the falls (losing an electron - emitting xray) all in the same direction and orientation, because the trb, and the sprites and jets are upward not downward aimed. If the sprites widen, then real quick the overload of electrons expanding into this opening and making the turn all at once means some turn sooner, erosion, and the sprite widens (angle of air turn will define sprite boundaries). Likely turn angle (theta) widens till its maxd, max would be when no longer have xray emission. Maybe just a little bit like that blackhole eating the star on nasa channel the other day. Pulling electrons off a star and the hydrogen follows.



If the sprite shape isnt the mirror of the leader then is it the shape of compton scattter in air.

in some of the pics showing jets and sprites, you see several of them occurring along a cloud top at the near same time. would that be cause they are multiple discharge points, and each of those sprites is the point where the ion rivulets open up in a detectable quantity to the earth ground or connect to leader or other rivulet. Would be interesting to know sequence, if they happen downstream first, then pop off upstream, asn increased flow of ions and increased wind from discharge.

what might be evident from multiple sprites along a wisp arc is each might also be indicative of additional branches of air and masses exceeding the sound barrier(up to million/mph) in that direction or that point below the sprite and jets creating multiple sonic booms in rolling thunder .

spin off from above - re aurora borealis colors from gamma interactions with gaseous matter (like air)- optical based not g-m, geiger mueller, based radiation detection technology. if we can see, detect, radiation interactions in air from colors emitted by nitrogen and oxygen, like the auroras are. well this is very serious good for the nuclear industry aint it. could the rpt set up a camera in a room and find all the contamination and radiation sources by the colors given off? could you create visors that registered those color frequencies and give em to the deconners and fitters who work in the stuff. we should be able to plot out the exact frequency these colors coming off gamma interactions with the air are. then we could create detectors to pick up that exact frequency out of the back ground. inside a building this might matter. electric light might be different say inside a building at night than out in the desert in broad day light, and therefore easier to subtract. Could you scan ships and cargo containers for radioactive contamination, looking for those color spectra on outside. Doesn't light travel further in air than gamma.

watch a storm cross a lake sometime. as it first moves in, the winds on one side of your face. Then downdrafts,

then the rain and sometimes you can see the downdrafts surge after you see a flash, and then the rain surges, you can feel the car rock if ya sit still, wait for the flash boom, gust of wind, flash boom, gust of wind, flash boom, gust of wind. on the lake you can see the shape of the down drafts and some times they move in a pattern arcing. but what really makes it, is as the center cell, the lighting maker, the hot tower, moves past, the waves from the wind change on the lake.

Then its incoming wind. if you are parked just right on the ramp looking east, youl see the ripples are not like downdrafts anymore, but pushing outward. see the flash, feel the rock of the car, hear the wind. on the surface of the lake its like a freight train just went by way up high. Now instead of down drafts moving forward, its waves going out on both sides of a long line headed right to the storm center. Flash, boom, and a gust of wind pushes ripples out to side, and the gusts grow slower as center moves away. some times if your lucky and another cell is not too far away and not too violent, when a flash occurs nearby you can feel a rush of wind on the car from a different direction and see a flutter or change like confusion in the ripple patterns spreading out on the lake below. each one of them zzt chugga chuggas(wisp arcs) just keeps feeding them collisions concentrating electrons into the cell, and the more lightning the faster the incoming electrons, the higher the collision arcs over head. The more lightning, the more positive air ions, heading to higher elevation? The other half of the 1.4 bazillion electrons that went to ground

Is there any method that would show areas say down to the (1)acre level where lightning strikes have occurred most frequently in the past, would geomagnetic readings show changes or high or low spots. any crustal evidence of local field changes due to lightning input geologic path effects (see world lightning map and dynamic planet map-fault lines and world flashes map)

where one of the sedimentary layers had concentrated hydrocarbons trapped in between solid rock layers above, imagine that lightning has been generally traveling into the earth along these cracks or faults for a million years. a whole lotta lightning going on over time. some of these cracks are shown by magnetic field dips like in the map of the oil fields. each time it zzzt into the crust, cookin everything along its path with all them electrons traveling at the speed of light, this penetration of energy bisects that area of the hydrocarbon sediment. places with less lightning per time would have sediment that maybe didnt make it to oil, and is still in the coal phase. but, what if the regions with the darkest most frequent lightning strikes, like in south africa, on the map of world lightning strikes, what if that is the diamond region. where lotsa and lotsa flashes over da years done made diamonds outa hydrocarbon layers along crust cracks. could this phenom also penetrate sediment layers of say metals like gold that might coagulate in pockets over time. but note, theres lots of lightning strikes along the coasts. and we look for oil in a fault line, slip face, the moho. has lightning been sliding down the plate edge for years inputting heat and even reversing magnetic pulses that might tend to move individual carbons to align into strings.

earthquakes -

the whole chunk of the fault face gets to experience massive surges of electron flow (valence band?) concentrated along an edge. does it cause an effect. is there some kind of mass reversing polarity stress cracking going on in the rocks below. could ya do a background of an area then put in lightning rods and hope for a strike then check against background. ifn the rock or mantle area below where the lightning rods grounded had experienced any polarity changes and more important, was there any change in magnitude over time. ifn, the rock or crust larger chunks maintain a positive field, and in between is a neg field, does this not create a tension and possible movement over time if the balance is changing or suddenly changed. or can something(macro and micro)- become magnetized or act like a capacitor and store charge, raising surrounding or projecting mag field. cumulative, over months, years, decades, or centurys, of lightning input Can this cause or allow slip or crust movement or add to the intensity of repulsion and adjustment. correlate lightning data preceding tremors. correlate lightning data to those newly detected minor tremors. if minor tremors happen after a electrical storm comes through, you got something, specially if its regular, even quantifiable (wonder if the japanese who noted minor tremors have thought about coincidence of lightning, would you have to account for storm surge if you took readings during a typhoon). What about the 5kmph shock wave in front of earthquakes. Is it the speed of lightning through rock? Could there be capacitor type discharges going on between large rock masses(actual process of electron migration through rock to core?) (too much ion flow down a pathway brings up level of magma if electron flow is too fast for natural cooling). Kinda like electrical storms in the crust=minor tremors- constant discharging, (zzzt zzzt, electrons edging closer to the positive core or pulled by solar induction) all over the earth, moving and narrowing into those orange slices on the way to the core.

does magnetic imbalance in the crustal material create/allow core field leakage. or is it that the containment shield is not adequately quenching charge buildup and are those valleys or peaks of magnetism a penetration, evidence where the flow of electrons overcame the shield-crust at this point-and on a planetary scale where quenching did not occur and buildup stress factor, Bs, allows penetration through the media.

keep in mind the earth is a natural static reactor. It converts solar radiation to electrons, then lightning--electricity--, (we should see if we can duplicate the process for future power plants in space or anywhere we go that has stars and we carry air) the air is the shielding material and its the conversion medium. because the air is constantly moving past the dayside solar radiation source, the shield/the air, is mechanically quenched. a steady flow of it spinning across point zero impact, at the equator and all the way to the poles, but the radiation is most intense, highest dose rate, 12noon at the equator(shifting with orbit), if the shield gas did not quench that spot would soon be penetrated by buildup, it would bore a hole, sure thered be some kinda convection response, but radiation would penetrate more there, luckily, we rotate and that keeps the shield fresh, the incoming gamma interaction receptors fresh. (note - air components convert solar radiation by various alpha, beta, neutron, gamma and some proton interactions. When an air molecule stops one of these things, its done for a while and cant take anymore or wont stop anything. Ifn it didn't move on and get outta way the bad stuff would zoomie right past it to us. - a refreshing wind is good). hurricanes transfer huge amounts of ion energy into the ocean, a natural process for quenching ion build up in the atmosphere.

if you built your house on a layer of magnets and you put weight on it would they try an shift. well, lets just look and see how much all this GWs of electricity is doin to our strata. any correlation tweeen regions stability and flash amount. is uganda, kenya, congo, tanzania stable. that area around lake victoria, it aint stable is it, it gets lotsa lightning strikes, earthquakes, lots, its got volcanoes all around. would we have greater success rate for monitoring minor tremors and lightnings magnetic effects on the crust there. its kinda interesting cause thats also where nasa folks are doing research on hurricanes. seeing the ion exchange process start, along the volcanoes of the ethiopian highlands, the region which births the storms that grow into hurricanes. Maybe the lightning going into the volcanoes there starts the electrical imbalance leading to the anvil build up tapping into the ionosphere.

Fung shui- fungshuae and the thrill of riding along the hills in the country in your car. when we drive around say up and down hills on these country roads around here, well do we cross many of them geomagnetic lines. when a human passes through a negative then back to a positive field, say in a car, do we feel any effect. is there any correlation to topography. these negative fields and positive fields. what if a crack in the hillside under your house allowed for a little crease or something in the local field of the house. maybe you would want to align the house different if youd known, and maybe this is a little like that fungshwayee stuff. gonna have to find me the fungshway master and cross reference with the geomag topos, for sure. does the magnetic field inside our brains detect or fluctuate even a little when we cross those geomag dips and highs.

mechanical hurricane disruption. - hurricanes dont organize, rotate, when jet stream cuts off their internal access to the upper atmosphere. could a fleet of b52s create a sufficient wind current to block off or disrupt a potential hurricane by creating a localized jetstream. how many planes would it take, maybe ups, will want the job and reroute their flights to europe to disrupt the tropical storms. maybe if airforce b52s pull ballons behind them, 24/7, counter clockwise above ethiopian highland storms they could prevent one summer of any hurricanes. we should practice this on them storms now off mexico.

(word of caution-be very weary of changing something so powerful as the amount of energy the hurricanes and their predecessors, tropical storms transfer. But to test for the possibility of disrupting a hurricane now and then, especially if we knew other conditions were right to cause great damage, yeah, we need to test an find out if we can choke or disrupt hurricanes.)

Semiconductors
A solid with filled bands is an insulator, but at finite temperature, electrons can be thermally excited from the valence band to the next highest, the conduction band. The fraction of electrons excited in this way depends on the temperature and the band gap, the energy difference between the two bands. Exciting these electrons into the conduction band leaves behind positively charged holes in the valence band, which can also conduct electricity. See semiconductor for more details.

In semiconductors, impurities greatly affect the concentration and type of charge carriers. Donor (n-type) impurities have extra valence electrons with energies very close to the conduction band which can be easily thermally excited to the conduction band. Acceptor (p-type) impurities capture electrons from the valence band, allowing the easy formation of holes. If an insulator is doped with enough impurities, a Mott transition can occur, and the insulator turns into a conductor.



Superconductors
Superconductors are those materials which are neither conductors nor insulators. They are totally dependent on the temperature. As the temperature changes their properties also change. In metals and certain other materials, a transition to the superconducting state occurs at low (sub-cryogenic) temperature. By an interaction mediated by some other part of the system (in metals, phonons), the electrons pair up into Cooper pairs. The bosonic Cooper pairs form a superfluid which has zero resistance.



Electrolytes
Electric currents in electrolytes are flows of electrically charged atoms (ions). For example, if an electric field is placed across a solution of Na+ and Cl-, the sodium ions will move constantly towards the negative electrode (anode), while the chlorine ions will move towards the positive electrode (cathode). If the conditions are right, redox reactions will take place at the electrode surfaces, releasing electrons from the chlorine, and allow electrons to be absorbed into the sodium.

Water-ice and certain solid electrolytes called proton conductors contain positive hydrogen ions which are free to move. In these materials, currents of electricity are composed of moving protons (as opposed to the moving electrons found in metals).

In certain electrolyte mixtures, populations of brightly-colored ions form the moving electric charges. The slow migration of these ions during an electric current is one example of a situation where a current is directly visible to human eyes.



Gases and plasmas
In air, and other ordinary gases below the breakdown field, the dominant source of electrical conduction is via a relatively small number of mobile ions produced by radioactive gases, ultraviolet light, or cosmic rays. Since the electrical conductivity is extremely low, gases are dielectrics or insulators. However, once the applied electric field approaches the breakdown value, free electrons become sufficiently accelerated by the electric field to create additional free electrons by colliding, and ionizing, neutral gas atoms or molecules in a process called avalanche breakdown. The breakdown process forms a plasma that contains a significant number of mobile electrons and positive ions, causing it to behave as an electrical conductor. In the process, it forms a light emitting conductive path, such as a spark, arc or lightning.

Plasma is the state of matter where some of the electrons in a gas are stripped or "ionized" from their molecules or atoms. A plasma can be formed by high temperature, or by application of a high electric or alternating magnetic field as noted above. Due to their lower mass, the electrons in a plasma accelerate more quickly in response to an electric field than the heavier positive ions, and hence carry the bulk of the current.

On April 17, 1995, the OTD observed a steady rise in lighting activity in a supercell storm over Oklahoma. Just before the spacecraft passed out of view of the storm, the lightning rates dropped sharply. A few minutes later, a tornado was observed descending out of the storm.

maybe tornado is an incident when the discharge rate from the anvil is steady or more less equal to the incoming/grounding-outgoing, avalanche cascade in air. is there a turnover or ionization going on near the ground along the inner walls, and the outer walls the return path, for the air ion that would be heading skyward after being lightened of an electron, it probly wouldn't have to go far, just back up into the anvil and cross the incoming stream of electron rich incoming flow. maybe the electrons are steadily working there way towards the surface. look at this graph over a couple minutes, the flashes are occurring all up and down, zzt, chugga, zzzt zzzt, chugga chugga, diving for the ground. http://science.nasa.gov/newhome/headlines/images/licae/icae2/aus3d-bv.gif is the terrain and its geomagnetic topo also a factor. is there tornado travel pattern in geomagnetic strata. or the high rate of lightning flash, which would up the wind speed, and the angle of wind shear. then thered be a quantifiable flash rate and intensity rate, and angle of incoming ion flow, that precedes the tornado.

dust devils - only visible when over dust? when its picking up humidity and everyday dust across grasslands and forest, do we just not see them? is there electrical disturbance occurring. Martian dust devils have been found to emit radiowaves, that means ionizations are occurring, electrons flowing. you should check this out, http://www.animalu.com/pics/dd1.htm , its a movie showing dust devils, and some shots showing cloud formation, in clear sky, over them. is this trace of electrons turning sharply into the dust devil and dropping the moisture it was carrying, if you get radio interference when a dust devil comes by, you know if you turn it to am, and you get the static, its radiowaves which are given off during the ionization process. its a way used to track lightning path, radiowaves are emitted in its path, from the electrons coming off the air molecules

waterspouts and lesser seen moisture spouts. where do waterspouts occur, close to shore or not deeper than x? like lightning do they only flash close to or on shore, or maybe more specifically through some shielding (insulator) value depth of water(x). If waterspouts like twisters, and martian dust devils are found to have some level of ionization activity involved, well does it stand to reason that there are such things as moisture devils that we cant see, because its too sparse. do these swirls of air come across us here in kentucky causin mild afternoon breezes, and soft gatherings of ions on the surface of the plants (would the plants surface be positive charged to the highly energized afternoon air full of growing ion pairs over head).

maybe all the radio frequency background, even on a minor calm day, maybe there are moisture devils going on all the time, just invisible.

i went out one morning, the fog had just lifted, but not very high, maybe 20 or 30 feet. and over the pond there to the right on 889 when you come over the hill down to the stop sign there at 88. coming off that pond was this big fat very slow swirl of fog still reaching down to the surface of the pond. a slowmo or frozen hurricane, tornado shaped funnel cloud of fog ran from the surface of that pond up 30ft to the bottom of the fog. It got fatter as it went up, and it had kinda slid a little forward to keep up with the cloud rising. The mist in the fog had a slow glisten or movement within the mist, were the early morning ions slowly working their way down to the ground on a minor scale, making dives to the positive surface, one rushes forth pulling its moist air molecule. Then minor zzt, one air molecule lost its spare electron, is now lighter and positive charged and headed up. Its stuck in early morning traffic, slowly building one layer at a time the positive vapor ions.

The wing(better lightning rod) - before you read the next parts it will help to accept certain things. Lightning causes wind flow. We are going to develop much better lightning rods. I cant find it now, but there is a nasa fact somewhere that deals with the early research on airplane design and lightning safety. If I remember right there were 700 strikes on plane during experiment. But, one thing they noted was that the orientation of the wing effected onset of strikes on the test craft. They were trying to not catch lightning.

Say we want to catch lightning. If we can orient a wing to increase likelihood of catching electrons(lightning strikes), we can design something that catches lightning/electrons. Maybe it's a kite, maybe a UAV, but we can order lightning by orienting a wing in a storm (for fun see if the UAV could drop a ground wire on to a building or a tank to see what happens). You already know now that lightning is followed by the wind. If we put our wing/collector in a storm into the windstream behind the natural discharge center, would our lightning induce wind that would disrupt the ion supply to the anvil or the squall line. Could we slow, move, or diffuse a supercell by causing discharge incidents out in front and to the south of the supercell-direct a storm by placing wind gusts using the ion machines own supply. Could we make rain fall in spain, mainly in the plain. Pull moisture into iraq, into the sahara. Harvest electrons out of the air.

You know lightning is only happening close to shore. Is there a general depth lightning can penetrate fresh water and sea water.

What if we saw it to be something we could duplicate in ceramic or semiconductor nanotubes. i would add lightning strikes to Bsub c, we will find they can effect the crustal rock. Isnt the strike range of lightning close to shore and less at higher altitude?

Reverse world flow. Maybe its all about out there at the interface of the solar wind mag field and our magnetotail. electrons from the poles actually pulled away from the earth, magnetic field from the solar plasma above and below, speeding them up as they increase their distance from earth, and in reverse what this creates is a current induced through the earth and out the top and bottom. Which leads to sucking electrons through trees and lightning rods, through the center of the earth, and out the poles across the magnetotail, again speeding up in the solar wind.

orange slices of mag field - this is another one of those things I ask you to accept. When an electrical storm travels across the great plains transferring electrons from above into the earth, there is a correspondent pulse in the mag field output at the poles. Further, this is somewhat regional, kinda like (1)orange slice over the great plains. If you input lightning into a surface area of the earth it would generate a correspond pulse in the area above it on its side of the equator. you could send signals or broadband over this amplifier. Little dots and dashes into the compass. Maybe even cellphone signals.

Continuous spikes of 1.3gigawatts propelling the earth along. and is this also part of the process that keeps us in our orbit. when the lightning discharges strike the earth, there should be a detectable equivalent reaction or pulse of electrons and magnetic force out the poles.

Earths orbit - magnetosphere is a magnetic levitator. We are in between two massive plasma particle flows. The northern solar wind flows overhead, the southern solar wind flows below. In between is our little static reactor, earth, a gas bubble converting radiation into electricity and magnetic feild. The sun is pulling us in, its gravity, the tug on us of the falling back particles of the solar wind, ones that don't make it all the way and fall into the safe zone and are spiraling back toward the sun. but at the same time the solar wind is pulling at our magnetotail trying to pull us away from the sun.

A planet sized static reactor base might be designed to absorb the electrons from the air in a homogenous and perfect steady stream into the stator and induced or grounded through to the solar wind. That reactor would be designed to output very stable rotation and spin around the star. The magnetopole or the ion thruster stabilizers would fire to keep the orbit very stable. If it needed to move the dynamo could direct more electron flow through the hemisphere, this would increase the pressure or output at the magnetopole against the stars southern solar wind flow. If we want to come closer to the star we would likely change the angle of the thrusters to force us into the solar wind and minimize our northern travel past the equator. If we wanted the thing to go south we would likely power up the northern magnetopole output, and that would shape or push the magnetotail against the northern solar wind pushing us south. Yall wasn't thinking we was going to build our future spaceships that were only unidirectional, did ya. Wouldn't that be like making them have some of the same problems we had with the corvair, We will want all-wheel magnetodrive.

Earth is kinda like that future planet sized static reactor, but its not quite designed for that job. Earth kinda happened within those conditions. The earth doesn't have the ability to vector the ion thrusters. And the earth doesn't process radiation in a steady stream flow. But the earth does process radiation, and it does go through the air via lightning, dust devils, and such. And the earth does have electron flow through the crust/stator, and it does have electron flow out the poles, the magnetopole. That magnetopole does act as an ion thruster. But the surface of the earth is uneven, it may even be top heavy in the rotation. Keep in mind that force is flowing out both magnetopoles balancing each other. If the earth is in an up and down across the suns equator orbit it suggests that as the earth goes across that center the angle of radiation center line on the earth is moving up and down across the earth as it rotates around the sun. since the surface of the earth is nonhomogenous the absorption or processing of the electrons to output to the correspondent magnetopole is uneven. Possibly this unbalance is what causes the tilt. As the energy median(lightning strike ring seasonal variation due perihelion or aphelion location) moves across the earth and magnetosphere is growing and pushing, maybe more from one pole than the other and causes the tilt back and forth, north to south.

sunsets, sunrises - somewhere along an arc on both sides of the earth(at sunrise and at sunset regions) right near where the earth begins to go into and come out of shadow is a small region where the white light and blue light components from heavier particle interactions with the air like neutrons, beta particles don't penetrate. The gamma does penetrate a little further than the heavier particles. The gamma which interacts with the nitrogen and oxygen in the lower atmosphere giving off red and purple light is always there but the white higher intensity light keeps us from seeing it. Those regions are most visible on the bottoms of clouds, or bottom of airplanes, as the earth rotates into night and then again at dawn where the gamma light comes around before the white heavier particle light can penetrate.

What you do today may not pulse till next week or so, so you could over shoot summer kill off the entire summer harvest, send beef through the roof. Thad be bad. The red dots are eruptions at craters of the moon national monument. Notice how they kinda ride at the top of the warm cycles for the last 2k, 4k, 6k years? What if the temperature curve is wrong and its not gradual, but sudden, hockey stick, precipitous. And the graph suggests a downward trend towards lower lows on the next downcycle.

When the earth tilts, does it affect the shape of the magnetotail? If it tilts too far does it speed up the inductance on the magnetotail and would that increase output of electrons through the poles.

Do electrons exiting the poles have a cooling effect, since they are kinda ina hvac unit loop, thing there. they are tightly compressed until they zip out into space there at the poles. Like the A-coil in your house ac. So, if tilt angle, say past 32 degrees(or higher above or below normal solar equator travel path reaching deeper into higher energy solar wind) allowed for greater inductive acceleration of the magnetotail components, thus accelerating the pull through the earth(drop in resistance) at the pole, would greater magnetopole output lead to enlarged surface area of a polar region. Is polar region size somehow a function of magnetic field output size and air density.

Does an erupting volcano transfer electrons into earth? Would a major eruption open a flow of electrons to the core and effect a pulse in the magnetosphere? Could a surge of magnetic field or escaping electrons effect the weather at the poles? Increase the size of the polar region. A burst of cooled air. Northwind.

I haven't. Our group has a web page with all of our data and results on it. There is a "contact us" link that lists all of our e-mail addresses. I am not at the top of that list, so I usually don't have to deal with this sort of thing. Somehow, he got down to my name and sent this off.

I sent it to my wife and she gave me some ideas as to what is going on in this guy's mind. Evidently, this type of writing is "common" in people with his "issues". She wrote that the tangents the guy goes on are very telling along with all of the "clang" words. She may use it in a class.... (I won't say WHICH class...).
