61.1%. I think half my problem was memory, half was just plain old failing to pay attention, and half was, well, not being able to carry a tune.

83.3% here. For me I think it was definitely memory that hit me, there were a few where I just guessed.
quote:66.7% with one known mis-click (so I got confused with two whole buttons). I think I listen to too much indie rock and death metal.
I listen to a lot as well, I just sort of consciously ignore it when they go off-key.

80.6%, 66th percentile. Its a really stressful test. Thats not the way I like to think, and I don't have great short term memory. I've always been a terrible musician, but I do listen to music constantly. The first question was a random guess since I didn't know what was going on.
I did a little experiment and went through the test and answered every single question "different", to see what ratio was same vs different. And I got exactly 50%, which is what you'd expect, but I was actually surprised. I had the distinct impression going through the test that there were far more different than same ones. But I was wrong. I guess trying to hear the differences skews your perception, or the same ones aren't as noticeable.

86.1%. Kinda surprising, since I know I sing flat, but then again, I sing in two audition choirs.

80.6%. Got seven of them wrong. All those piano lessons were useful after all.
Had the stuff been played on just one instrument, I may have got more correct. I did something similar on the BBC website, which just used a piano, and I only got two wrong.

And I thought I did better than that. I was a bit quick on the click when I heard problems, so my hearing of the next piece was sometimes tainted by the preceding piece.
I woulda thunk I'd get better than that!

94.4% I guess those 25 years of music lessons paid off. Plus, my brain is in hardcore music mode right now.

I got 94.4, which pretty much makes me want to cry, since I can't sing and have never been able to learn to play a musical instrument. (Stupid Asperger tendencies).

88.6 percent. I thought I did the best on the forum until I saw Avu and Horse Chestnut. Darn. I loved that test, and sent it to my musician friends. Seeing how everyone did and their comments really hits home the point that ability to hear music and ability to create it are quite different. I can't sing the pitches as well as I hear them by quite a long shot. (sigh.)
