NFBSK. It is a phrase that means "Not For British School Kids". It is a phrase used by snopesters of all races, ages, beliefs, and countries. It is typically used to denote that something is not for children, and that, mind you, it is "naughty". However, NFBSK is, itself, naughty, but, for another reason. It is discriminatory. "Not For British School Kids"? Really, since when are British school kids so important, so as to be sheltered from news of men having their naughties cut off? Are Canadian children ready to learn of the Colombian sex trade? Are the French-men and -woman's children all ready to see Paris Hilton's.............. face? I should think not! If we are to be prudes, let us be prudes with regard to all children, not just the British! Who cares about the British, anyway? So what, they have a Queen? Have you seen their teeth? Is a Queen really worth looking at bad teeth, whilst in London to catch a glimpse at Buckingham Palace, hoping to see the Royal Standard flying aloft, so you know it's time to break in? But, I digress. How should we rectify this problem? I propose that, instead of adding a letter or two or three for each nationality, (which, anyway, would lead to Republicans scorning us) that we remove the "British", and it's corresponding "B", and just have "Not For School Kids", or, "NFSK". Sure, people may resist the change, but, that's why tranquilizers were invented. ETA: Candy contributed to this by reviewing for me. Thanks, Candy. Sorry I forgot to mention you before, after I promised you.

Or simply PG (Parential Guidance), just like the movies. On the other hand, this rating system applies to USA, I suppose each country use a different system (Sweden uses a straight number for recommended age), so we'll probably be back with the original problem of it being discriminatory.

Pah! It's not discriminatory it is descriptive.
In fact I want to start a campaign to make it an SI unit!

Well I suppose it would be a logical state, something is either NFBSK or it isn't

Guess which one is more appropriate for Fun House. And which is more appropriate for Rantidote.

So what would be the definition of 1 NFBSK? How many NFBSK would an act that involved fowl measure?
It would end up being a scale like the Moh's Hardness Scale:
1 NFBSK = bare female breasts, bare buttocks, or "girl-talk" subjects 2 NFBSK = full frontal nudity 3 NFBSK = implied, described, or suggested sexual conduct 4 NFBSK = shown or displayed sexual conduct 5 NFBSK = implied, described, or suggested intercourse 6 NFBSK = shown or displayed intercourse 7 NFBSK = any depiction of "light" fetishism (B&D, S&M) 8 NFBSK = any depiction of "heavy" fetishism (plushie, furry, etc) 9 NFBSK = sexual acts involving violence and/or non-consentual human interaction 10 NFBSK = sexual acts involving non-human life
PS. These are just suggestions, I can modify the criteria if someone objects.

switch 9 and 10, and add something about bad things happening to naughty bits. (like a kitty taking a swat at the danglies)
and of course you need a disclaimer about how to properly pronounce nfbsk ( nuf (as in enough) busk (like what you do on the streets) stress on the busk)

Funny. I don't hear it that way at all. I actually hear the "f" word in my head because I've become so used to associating the two.

Regarding the switch, I think that animals have more of an "ewwwwwwww" factor that rape so that's why I put that there. On reflection, I would say that adult rape would be 9 NFBSK and molestation would be 10 NFBSK.
Accidental damage would be at one or two levels above the NFBSK level of the activity being done while the swatting occured. So a casual swipe while being naked would be a 2 NFBSK (full frontal nudity) plus 1 NFBSK for the swatting. A teeth-sinking during intercourse would be a 5 NFBSK (described intercourse) plus 2 NFBSK for the severe biting. Bobbitting would be 9 NFBSK (violence).

The problem with this is that the word "NFBSK" itself implies and suggests sexual conduct.

True. But it isn't always used that way. For example, IMS the Paris-Hilton-not-in-Playboy was in the NFBSK section. And that (originally) was just about nudity, not sex.
So we need to have some levels of NFBSK below sex. Unless we want to go with a positive negative scale or make 3 (or 4) the center (like the pH scale).

But NFBSK, as a term, is important because it derives from a particular event. It is not limited to the sexual; it refers to anything that is not fit for children.

Special Cam, Specialist - its a term widely used in Canada and in Europe. I have never seen it used in the US, but I think it is nicer than some of the things I've heard them called.

Not quite. Panhandling (to me) is just begging/asking for money. Busking involves doing something (music usually) for the money.

Forget NFBSK, how the hell do you pronounce confusicated?
It's no more difficult to pronounce that "mushtipated."

If the "British" part of NFBSK is that much of a problem you can thus change it to mean:
NFBSK-Not For Bobolike School Kids.
