Sure, but in that case, the actor is at least initially clothed and made up to look like (our conception of) a caveman. It's not so easy to put someone in clothing that will make him/her visually identifiable as someone else's relative, especially when they're going to be featured in still photos that include little or no clothing.

Live-action "incest photos" I suppose require a suspension of belief, despite how obvious the people in the pictures are not brother/sister/father/mother/etc. Depending on the talent of the artist, incest drawings would be closer to the "real thing" since they could draw the people participating in the acts similiar and such like brother and sister and all.

I guess there would be some cross-over but on the odd "incest porn" site I've stumbled across it was obvious that everybody was over-age.

To jump in, the incest fetish has a lot to do with domination (not to be confused with BDSM).
Typically, it's a male dominating a younger female.

It's always (I have yet to see otherwise) an older male, masquerading as a brother or "Daddy" (in fact, there are several titles called "Who's your daddy?" and varients of) seducing an innocent, virginal, uncorrupted young sibling, daughter, or cousin.
The male *always* mentions how he's lusted after her for ages and just can't handle it anymore. The female always says no but is overtaken with passion and lust.
It's all about domination, albiet not with whips and leather.
As for the look of the actors, the only thing that matters is that the male is older and the female is younger.
They don't have to look the same. The script handles that. If they look remotely similar, they're siblings. If they look immensely different, they're cousins. Baddabing.
And for the Older woman younger male, there's a grouping for that too. It's called MILF. There are some older titles where the older female seduces her son or younger cousin, but these are rare. Usually, the incest with an older female is with another female, usually the daughter. All you need there is a 30-40 actress and a 20 year old actress. Much easier than Male/Female incest fantasies.

I've also seen pics where there are twins, and they are probably real twins, but they don't actually have relations with each other...they both do the same guy, or they just strip next to each other.
Most of the time, it's just an older/younger pairing who aren't related.

I don't count the latter, as it's "Investigative repair" and obviously they're supposed to be looking for something.
But what part of recovery involves looking at the files? Whenever I've seen operations involving files (like virus scanning and such), all you see is a quick flash of the filename.
So if the freak in question is smart enough to change the filename from "pigNFBSKer30.jpg" to "pgf30.jpg" what would lead anyone to have a look at it?
