I have an old hard orange from Chinese New Year, and a few old tangerines from CNY a year or two ago. Once they get hard they last forever.

Oh damn, I just threw away a few clementines that were a couple of months old and had started to look like that. They're still in my bin, though. Perhaps I should fish them out and notify the press.
