I donīt get it!

Forget leaving the keys in there, How did they get in there in the first place??

What does firing a riffle have to do with it? Did they take the bullet out with the keys???

All I can think of is he must have shot himself through the pocket, where his keys were. It still seems like an amazingly improbably accident though.

I thought this would be about a man with an artificial leg! How the hell could they remove a bullet and not see the keys lodged in the leg, too??
