I don't function well without breakfast - probably because I'm an early riser by nature - but during the working week I don't have the time or inclination for a big brekkie. A bowl of cold cereal or quick-cooking oats (depending on the season) does the trick for me. On work days I'm a sort of grazer, I suppose - small breakfast 6:30am, snack at 10am, fruit at 11:30am, small lunch at 12:30pm, snack again at 3pm, dinner at 6:30-7 pm. Dinner ends up being my largest meal because it's the only one Hubby and I share.
On those occasions - weekends away, for instance - that I do eat a very large breakfast, I'll last until dinnertime with maybe a small snack or a drink in between.
