Isn't this page merely a bunch of novel/movie project ideas, rather than a list of "little known facts"? I'm assuming the "Atomic materials and mechanisms seized from the Nazi's were then dropped on Japan, who were constructing a bomb of their own using Nazi technology" idea isn't accurate either.

The Mona Lisa is painted on a board, so it was not cut out of its frame.

According to Wikipedia:

"After Leonardo's death the painting was cut down by having part of the panel at both sides removed. Originally there were columns on both sides of the figure, as we know from early copies. The edges of the bases can still be seen."
