I consume roughly 80% of my daily calories between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. (The other 20% are mostly consumed after 2 a.m.) My body fat percentage has always fallen right on the cusp of "lean" and "ideal" on the body fat graph. Maybe I'm on to something.
