Comment: Thomas Newman, the guy who did the soundtracks for Six Feet Under, American Beauty, Lost Boys etc - I keep hearing that he's actually Thomas Dolby . Limewire users seem to agree on that too. But I read an article about Dolby in the last few months about his tech business in the states, and he made no mention of his movie soundtrack career. IS Thomas Newman actually Thomas Dolby??

IMDb.com has different listings for each man: Thomas Dolby Thomas Newman In addition, they both have different spouse names, were born in different years and Dolby was UK born where Newman is a Californian. So I would say nope, they're not the same person.
