The list is sad, but I've noticed looking through my referral logs that some long lost members' names are entered into Google and they find my site because they have an entry in the SLC Birthdays list. I'm not sure if it's them looking up their own screen name or not, but maybe if they search their name, and see their name on the missing snopesters list, they might feel welcomed to come back again. It's a long shot, but maybe it might work for a long lost member or two.

ETA: "Didn't there used to be a "Seven of Nine" around here?"

Yeah, I vaguely remember that name. Maybe it was just a theme name for Seven Different People?

Yeah, she got fussy with snopes about something. I forgot if it was her profile info or I think she was always complaining about something, even when she was told to stop. I really can't remember though.

Probably none of my business...I just recognized his name on the list & saw 'banned' beside it. I assume that I missed something (very easy, since my computer time is limited).

She did have (very) limited internet access when she first moved there; however, she made it quite clear that she wasn't interested in participating in the board any more.

He and JK Will had numerous conflicts, both on the board and in private, and he finally grew tired of the BS.

After I asked about him I did a little amatuer sleuthing, and - just a guess - I think that Senior and Norton II were the same guy. There seemed to be quite a few similarities in their profiles, and Senior was gone right around the time Norton II was "disabled".

Every time I see an old post from Senior, it makes me wonder if he was playing games with us even then. I don't know why, but that makes me kind of sad.
