Hmmm...Forum poster talks about Coke...not a copyright violation, methinks.
Now, if SOE would bring the real SWG back as SWG-Classic, then Coke might have a case. But they'll never do that. That would mean admitting they screwed up badly and ruined a perfectly good game.

err? No read what he posted about Coke. It is taken right from snopes section on Coke. Later, in the thread he is taking credit for writing the coke section.

Yeah you're looking at at least 8 paragraphs copies verbatim from the snopes article with no credit. Definitely a copyright violation.
That being said I have no idea who is responsible, the poster or the message board.

I think the ultimate responsibility lies with the messageboard. They need to be informed that a copyright violation has occurred, and then they have to remove the material in question, if snopes so requests.
