I just got started after signing up a few months back. So far, it seems pretty painless. I had someone request a book of mine & I'm getting 2 shipped to me ASAP. You just print the postage out & tape it on the envelope & mail it. There's a $3.99 cost to have a book shipped but no cost to you (except packaging materials) to ship a book. PM me if you're a member & you'd like to know what books I have listed. I'd be curious to know what you've listed as well.

OK, I had to bump this up because I've been using them for over 6 months & have had no problems. One time I thought a book was late so I just e-mailed to check on it. They apologized & even credited my account the points even though I had not asked for that & was just curious about my book (BTW, it did arrive a few days later). I keep a basket by the computer with my Bookins books in it & packing materials close by. You enter the ISBN of the book & they assign it points. You can buy points or, if you're cheap like me, you just use the points you get from trading books. I seem to end up trading about once a month or so. You can also put a hold on your account if you're going to be out of town or something. Its been a really great deal for me. My only semi-complaint is that you can't rank books in order of how much you want them. I tend to get a lot of books from the top of my list & yet there's one I've been wanting that has been stuck at the bottom since I made my list. I'd love to put it above all the other books on my list so I could get it the next time I have enough points.
