Comment: I've been told that FW - forwarded - email messages contain
viruses and to not open a FW: or "Forwarded" email. Is this true?

How would a FW: email contain a virus?

Thanks for clarifying these questions.

No, it's worse than that. FW: emails don't contain viruses, they contain glurge! You should never open a forwarded email if you value your sanity.

Comment: I am thinking about gettin into the cosmetics business but
someone told me that Mary Kay products were made with grease drippings
found in restaurant trash dumpsters. Supposedly, they hire homeless
people to search dumpsters for rancid grease and then sell it to Mary Kay
and other cosmetics companies as a base for their make-up. This seems a
little far-fetched. Do you know anything about this?

At least he/she had the sense to find it far fetched and actually question it at a useful source, rather then howling about how its true because his friends sister works at Burger King and always sees the homeless people out there with their Mary Kay(tm) style grease buckets.

No. The car will get a good night's sleep, though, and will perform better in the morning.

However, some people don't like being awakened in the middle of the night by a snoring Yugo.

Well, it'd be something of a miracle for her to still be alive, since I understand the sculptor based the statue on his mother and his wife--and the thing is 100 years old.

Bartholdi had an authentic American model, it appears: the good-looking, recently widowed Isabella Eugenie Boyer, the wife of Isaac Singer, the sewing-machine industrialist. "She was rid of the uncouth presence of her husband, who had left her with only his most socially desirable attributes: his fortune and...his children. She was, from the beginning of her career in Paris, a well-known figure. As the good-looking American widow of an American industrialist she was called upon to be Bartholdi's model for the Statue of Liberty." Comment: Charles Lindbergh crosses the Atlantic in may 1927.

that much we know is true.

But, I was just told a story about 2 French pilots who followed in his
footsteps, and like Lindbergh they were greeted by a happy mob and carried
away. The celebrations lasted long into the night, and by the next morning
both pilots heads were impaled on pikes being carried by the same mob who
jubilently lifted them up only hours earlier.

Is this story true?
If so can you point me to somewhere I can read a full account?

Vegetarians dont eat green vegetables all the time. I bet that an average vegetarian doesn't eat anymore vegetables than an average non-vegetarian. Vegetarians simply replace meat with foods that are high in protein, like soy, milk, beans and lentils

"Ring Around the Rosie" is about Rosie O'Donnell. Ms. O'Donnell is a lesbian and an activist for the right for gays and lesbians to marry and adopt children.

Ring around the Rosie
These are children that Rosie wants to see gays adopt
Pocket full of posie
This refers to bridal bouquets. Ms. O'Donnell married her partner, Kelli Carpenter, in San Francisco after same sex marriages were declared legal by Mayor Gavin Newsom in 1994
Ashes, ashes
Rosie lost control of her magazine, "Rosie." She ended up with only a token payoff and the magazine later became defunct. The "ashes, ashes" refers to this unfortunate part of her life.
We all fall down
Rosie was appalled during her trial with her magazine that her partner Kelli was called to testify against her. Married spouses are protected from testifying against each other. Rosie said, "We applied for spousal privilege and were denied it by the state. As a result, everything that I said to Kelli, every letter that I wrote her, every e-mail, every correspondence and conversation was entered into the record," O'Donnell said. "After the trial, I am now and will forever be a total proponent of gay marriage."
