Comment: I spoke with a Pinellas County, Florida Detective about filing criminal
charges against unknown parties who gaslighted me in and around three
Pinellas County parks in 2000 from late March through early April. He
believed my story especially when I handed him 206 documents which showed
why I was set up to look just like a paranoid schizophrenic. I was set up
to parrot delusions of grandeur in feeding me the false idea that my work
for survivors since February 1991 had finally been recognized and then
that my life was in danger for challenging the status quo. I have received
more than 80 honors for my work on survivors' rights like nominations to
Marquis Who's Who in the World, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002,
and 2003 as well as Marquis Who's Who in America, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001,
2002, and 2003. About thirty actors and actresses set me up in and around
these three parks I was known to frequent. I was only a celebrity in these
parks so I started growing suspicious which really accelerated when
someone threatened my life obliquely. When no one believed me, which was
extremely predictable for anyone knowledgeable my personal situation, I
had a nervous breakdown.

I had fought for survivors rights from within the most powerful clique in
law librarianship in 1991 which included the Law Librarian of Congress, M.
Kathleen Price. For this trouble, I was attacked not in terms of my
humanitarian critical ideas but in terms of my mental health. When I
looked to power to fight this clever brand of bullying, I was blacklisted
from any position in law or any other kind of librarianship. This
blackball exists from June 28, 1991 until now.

I have applied to more than 500 jobs attempting to break this blackball
but have been completely unsuccessful. I have trouble just paying for a
haircut due to what a great job the clique of law librarians have done on
destroying my reputation and ability to earn a living. Remember that the
only reason I was blacklisted and attacked on terms of my mental health in
the first place was my fight for survivors' rights which was based on the
most intimate of relarionships with many different types of survivors
including having a girlfriend who had been raped by her then boyfriend on
her birthday as well as the murder of my then high school English
teacher's daughter on my birthday of 2-24 in 1976. This murder would turn
out to have been part of a conspiracy to make it look like a serial killer
was terrorizing the Reno, Sparks Nevada community to cover a murder of
someone the conspirators had a life insurance policy on. They murdered my
then high school teacher's daughter, Michelle Mitchell, on my birthday of
2-24 in 1976. I also had been the victim of an attempted carjacking, a
stalking, a bomb scare, and had a destist of ten years whose wife was
killed by a hit-and-run driver as well as a close friend, Tom Snow, who
was technical dead for a few minutes before he was revived after being
knived six times in the chest. I was also a mile from a mudslide in 1983
outside of Reno that went through Davis Park and took a life and did a lot
of property damage. This experience was trivialized by many law librarians
as if they were as serious as if I were talking about various bad hair
days. The murder of Michelle Mitchell which was again on my birthday was
covered heavily by the media from 1976 through 1985.

The Detective at the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, a Mr. Crandell in
the Criminal Intelligence Division told me that gaslighting someone was
not a crime or at least that is what he implied when he told me that
people could have set me up to be President of the US and that would not
be a crime. He said there was no intent shown in this. The affect of this
gaslighting attack was to put me in an Emergency Ward, then into suicide
watch, then into a mental health ward, and then into the care of a
five-minite pill pushing psychiatrist who only listened to buzz words. I
tried a second opinion from a loyal follower of the status quo here in
Pinellas County, FL., who was even worse that my incompetent psychiatrist.

The Honorable Michael Bilirakis my US Congressional Representative
promised to get a US Congressional investigation into my postings on
Findlaw containing my many accusations with much supporting documentation.
Except that Findlaw, owned by West Group part of the power elite of law
librarianship, dumped all my messages with a few exceptions in late August
2002. I posted messages on Findlaw from April 7, 2002 through August 2002.
I have been banned from posting anything since then as soon as I post it
under my name it will soon be removed even though I post actual verifible
documents in their entirety. I posted many of the 206 documents I handed
to Detective Crandel. These documents were letters from many Attorney
Generals, victims' agencies, libraries, Marquis Who's Who, etc.

I hope you see how timely this story is? It is all true but even I
sometimes have trouble believing that all this has happened to me.
Everything is factual. I have been having most of my problems getting
anywhere because I have had my knees cut out from under me via this
blacklisting which has also been accompanied with poisoning of the local
wells for support. No matter how professional I have acted I cannot get
any kind of work in any local library, business, etc. except for working
for relatives or friends of relatives. I would be homeless because of this
form of economic murder depriving me of all my ability to fight these
monsters back.

I ma writing hundreds of radio stations, TV stations, newspapers,
magazines, etc. with this story because it is of international importance
because such a blacklisting of an ex-insider by the most powerful group in
law librarianship sent out the loudest of messages that such abuse of
power will not only be tolerated it will be encouraged. This hurt the
cause of the development of survivors' rights in the worst way as I had
one of the most intense set of experiences with survivors and they, many
of the most powerful law librarians in the US, trivialized my experiences.
These law professors shape the attitudes found in future lawyers,
politicians, and judges to survivors' rights. The Association of Trial
Lawyers of America told me that this would help defendants as well.

No, he is a paranoid schizophrenic. Paranoia and dellusions of granduer are classic psychiatric symtoms. Or he could be bipolar - I've known manic people who sound just like this guy. He's clearly in need of treatment, but he probably won't get it until he goes completely over the edge and hurts someone.

And yes, I'm know that a "diagnosis" based on reading one rant is pretty much worthless. But as I said, I've known people who sounded like this, and they were good, intelligent, worthwhile people who needed help, and who responded well to treatment when they got it.

He actually says in the post that he was put into a mental ward, suicide watch, etc. I don't think it's so much that he needs help and isn't getting it. I think it's more that he doesn't believe that he needs help. He thinks he's perfectly fine.

Until he comes to see that there is something wrong in his brain, and attempts to COOPERATE with the help he is offered, nothing will help him. And that's just a really sad way to be.

Exactly. The belief that one is perfectly fine is very common in schizophrenia and mania. And in most states, these people can only be commited if they're an imminent danger to self or others, and then they're released as soon as they show the least bit of improvement.

Yeah, it sucks. Especially when it's your mother/father/son/daughter/brother/sister/friend/lover who is ill and needs help, and there's not a damn thing you can do.

As has been said, you can't tell much from a couple e-mails. But FWIW most violent crazies who write this way would include some reference to inflicting physical harm upon the people "against" him/her (e.g. the Unibomber). So far, this person is trying to go through the law (contacting the detective) and publicity (which is why he's writing snopes).

Reminds me of when I called a friend who was in the hospital on suicide watch. She'd say, "Everyone in here says they're not supposed to be here, but I'm not supposed to be here."

Comment: I am glad that the problem of the little mermaid has been taken
care of but however stuff like this continues and needs to be corrected. I
visited my local Target store and purchased a Kellogg's cereal. When i got
home taking the box out of the back and looking at the back for
information I saw something so disturbing! In the back of Kellogg's
special K red berries where there is a white bowl of cereal on the bottom
there is a woman laying on her side wearing a red top and bottom there
looks to be a woman's private part! I was so disgusted that I called
management at Target and told him what I saw, He did not see it at first
but when i said it is on her neck his response was " Oh, My God" I also
went to my local Dominicks and Jewels telling them about the box they were
so suprised! I did call the number on the box and a lady answers and tells
me that it is just a shadow! I contacted my local news just to let people
know what they are grabbing from the shelves!

You mean the space between the collarbones?
Yes, the indentation between the collarbones. Due to the low contrast and resolution of the cereal box photo, it looks a bit like a vertical slit, but you'd have to be completely stupid not to know what it was.

This isn't quite the same photo as on the cereal box, but it essentially shows what this woman was complaining about:

Oh man, we had that cereal but we finished it last week. It managed to get eaten without incident, so it can't be that obvious (especially for a family of cereal-box-readers).

And if anyone cares, I didn't really like it that much. Love Special K, love strawberries, and love freeze-dried strawberries. But they made the cereal sweeter as well. It was more like frosted flakes. Just a warning in case you were wondering whether you should buy a box or just check out the photo at the store.

Comment: I can not believe the information you put on your website supposedly as
knowing the real truth. For one, aspartame is a neurotoxin and go to
dorway.com and read the doctors reports and them check them out! You do
not know what you are talking about and you are dangerous.I was given your
website by a friend who thinks you know all about the stuff you put on
your website.Your disgusting and it makes me wonder who you are working
for!!Also a FEMA worker was on Ted Koppel and he did say they were called
in the night before the WTC came down and he realized his mistake real
fast. Please start getting the right information before you act like the
final authority on whats been said!!!!!
