To me it looks like a giant advertisement...
ETA: I have tried the link three times before noticing they do actually have "something" ghosty on there...but you need to register for a sweepstakes in order to see it. Is this the same thing I see advertised on paranormal.about.com? (It's a text ad there which I always thought odd that they'd claim ghost proof and the address was winsweepstakes).

Jay, to me that screams bull, without even having to look at the video.

Cripes. It ends up being one of those videos where things jump out at you (twice), and startled me even with the sound off on my computer (but I'm jumpy like that).

IckleMiss, didn't you post another "screamer" a few months ago?

The whole thing wasn't a screamer, it was one of those Urban Legends "documentaries" that take stuff that's been circulating the web and put it in a flash animation. There was a screamer at the end, though. It links to another page after filling out the forms, I don't know why you didn't just link to that instead of the sweepstakes.

There is a screamer at the end, and also one in the middle (during the part about whatever it's called when you set up the video camera and point it at your TV.... it says something like, "Ghosts can even be seen in computer screens... you may be looking at one now." and then flashes a slightly scary looking picture... which didn't starle me as much as the one at the end did, because I don't have the sound on on my work computer.) However, I was sorta prepared from the beginning, since it said, "Turn off the lights, close the door, and turn up your speakers" at the beginning.

My guess is that she is getting paid on per-click basis. If you look at the URL, it has some sort of ID's in it. Pay-per-click sites usually give the refferrer an id that ther referrer puts in the link. So, if anyone opens up the site with the refferrer's id in the URL, the site will know whome to credit the click to

So I can't help but wonder. Are you getting paid to promote this advertisment buy posting it here and asking people to review it?
My reply is no, I'm not being paid to post this, I just came across it and I was just wondering about it, like anyone else would do, in fact I came across it on Ebaums World (If I can say that)....that's all, sorry

I was expecting the one at the end, but I didn't see anything when it said there were ghosts seen on computer monitors. Some of the pictures made me think, "why is someone taking a picture of that?" and I think I recognized one of the photos as something from the Unexplained Mysteries website that had been identified as coming from some British movie.
Frankly, I'm surprised that the "ghost" scene from "Three Men and a Baby" wasn't in there.
