I was reading Andrew Ross's book "The Celebration Chronicles: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Property Values in Disney's New Town," and he mentions the fact that in Florida Disney has almost complete soverignty over the land that they own in and around Disney World. These powers include the licencing for a nuclear reactor (one rumor is that is located underneath Celebration, FL). What truth is there behind this rumor and how far has Disney taken these powers (if it is indeed true)?

A nuclear reactor under control and license of Disney? The likelyhood of this being real is pretty dim, thankfully.
Having seen the Paint Department's toxic waste dump/pond at Disneyland, I say again, 'thankfully'.
