Comment: I realize that this cannot be true, but legend has it Wade Boggs of Red Sox Fame, once drank 64 beers on a cross country flight. Where did this start?

Well, if it was the beginning of a road trip it probably started at Logan.
Let's see ... it's been a while, but I think a non-stop cross-country flight takes about four hours. That works out to one beer every 3.75 minutes without stopping. Now, I've known some pretty prolific drinkers in my time (met many during my training for the Olympic drinking team), but I don't think I know anyone who could keep that pace up for that long.
