I wanted to see a picture but I can't seem to find mention of this anywhere on the NASA website. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place?

NASA's website has a cool "Astronomy Picture of the Day" section, and I'm sure that one will make it in the next few days. The Archives are always worth browing, see August 31, 2003, and August 22, 2004.
