I can't even imagine the stress you're going through every day worrying about your dogs. Hopefully your neighbors realize how much you are trying to be a good neighbor to them and cut you lots of slack. Even if they don't like barking dogs, that's no reason to be cruel, though. So that's where our snow went! Yes, please send it back over here. My Dad just traded us a snow-blower and it occurred to me that if Hubby doesn't get a chance to play with it he will get grouchy.
