I'm not sure that the famous one is a "mugshot" or not. The new one linked in the original post must be, since the date on it (9/24/98) is the same as in the docket. The more famous picture must have been taken for documentation purposes (i.e., for the sex offender registry). Is a separate photo taken for the sex offender registry? Also, the mug shot looks a lot more like his yearbook photos than the other picture; what caused the change?

I've just read on another site that apparently Mr Peppers is on his deathbed. Although this may be untrue...

There's another new photo on YTMND somewhere - it's of Brian at a family reunion as a kid. He looks pretty much how he looked in the yearbook pictures.

Bach_girl, that is sad. Not that I'm pro-nurse groping or anything, but that doesn't seem as bad as some things gross sexual imposition could have been. Still bad, don't get me wrong. I feel bad for the guy.

Well, being YTMND, I doubt that'll change anything - do a search for "Terri Schiavo" or "Dick Clark" on there.
I love all the hypocritical people who left comments on there... it's already well known that he's wheelchair bound and lives in a nursing home, so I don't understand why everyone acts so "shocked". Besides, the person that made 'The Truth' made several Peppers-bashing sites too. (And for another thing, there is no proof to that 'groping a nurse' thing.)

I am not sure how accurate the part about him groping a nurse is because there is no mention of the actual details of his offense.
Looking at the pictures of him when he was younger, I am certain that I saw him around town when I was younger, but he has not been "out and about" for quite some time because this is a pretty small town and I think I would have seen him at some point.

Omg... all I have to say is I know that song. It's 'Forever Rachel' from Final Fantasy VI. One of my favorite songs ever. But maybe I'm biased because my name is Rachel...

Off topic, but on ytmnd pages you can click the ytmnd logo on the top left to see what the image and music is. It's not always used but it's decent for finding out the source of the music.

Nah, there's a new Brian Peppers YTMND in the top 15 today, that truth thing didn't change anything.
I'm not sure if he's in a nursing home at the moment now... I think I heard someone mention that he lives in an apartment building near them, which is where the address on one of the other registries points. They claim to have seen him around, at the movies and stuff.

He used to live in an apartment building down the street from me but the new address they are giving is for a nursing home.

I'm skeptical about this too, because this isn't the first time something like this has come up. Another "letter" claimed to be from his mother. Besides, if he actually had that much inability to move his hands, how could he grope a nurse??
(I hope I don't sound like I'm trying to be a dick, I'm just trying to be reasonable.)
UPDATE: It IS fake. Allen Peppers has given 5-star votes to Brian-parody YTMND's. That settles that...

Allenpeppers profile Based on the comments on his page, it may or may not be fake. "Allen" has stated that he doesn't mind Brian being famous, but that he is angry that people are saying he is a pedophile or a freak. He has also said that he would be getting in touch with Snopes, so I guess we'll just wait and see if that happens.

since "Allen Peppers" also created this new ( http://allenpeppersfinal.ytmnd.com/ ) YTMND, I think that pretty much says he's not a real relative of Brian Peppers. (you have to watch the entire thing to get the 'joke'.

It would seem so. I wasn't about to lend him credibility, but part of me wished he would have contacted snopes regarding Brian Peppers - there's another ytmnd that sort of inspired this allen peppers guy about how Brian is in a wheelchair and now lives in a nursing home. It does make you feel a little sorry for the guy, given what a wonderful life he must have had.

There seems to be a "new thing" for these people to do now, they appear to have found the brother of Brian Peppers (called James I believe)...

So it appears that Peppers really is in a nursing home (looking up the address does indeed lead one to the business listing for a nursing home). The question now is, where did they get their information that his conviction was for groping nurses? And does that necessitate any additional sympathy for him? Does a nursing home patient trying to cop a feel make one a hardened sex offender worthy of ridicule?

I would really like to see some closure to the whole Brian Peppers story. I am getting tired of the fake insights about his life. We know he is indeed real, a sex offender and very little else. Can't some journalist (even an amateur one) uncover the 'rest of the story'. Is he still alive? Is he in a nursing home? Does he have any loved ones who are willing to come out and speak on his behalf? Perhaps this may bring an end to all the speculations that only seem to keep all the nastiness alive.
