This is a supposed top 10 gross things in sports, but there's one particular entry that caught me up.

I don't have the energy to look for a cite (it's 00:30 here) but I do remember seeing a documentary about an obese woman who had to have someone clean her up. She said it was very embarrassing, which I could well imagine. If there is such a job when it comes to sumo wrestlers - I don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was.
As for the rest of the list... *shudders*

Google only comes up with one reference to 'sumo stewards' and that only quotes this article.
From what I can find, it appears that the lower ranked sumo wrestlers wait on the higher ranked ones. One site does repeat the OP information, but since it's a food magazine site it could be quoting UL.
